The
Tokyo push to open operating handle is the latest
addition to the Kenrick range. It is a mazak die-cast
handle that can be supplied in either ‘in-line’ or ‘cranked’ variants.
Therefore Tokyo is suitable for most types of outward
opening casements windows whether they are fited
with a shootbolt or espagnolette.
The choice of finishes includes electrophoretic polished
gold, matt gold or polished chrome. The standard powder
coated finish is white.
The Tokyo handle has been designed with a positive
stop position at 90° and an automatic lock when
the window is closed. This lock can be made more
secure by rotating the cylinder (key and cylinder
both supplied). The standard spindle is 7mm2 with
lengths of 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 30mm and 40mm.
Kenrick also offer the Stronghold Custodian operating
handle, a cranked push to open window handle that
places an emphasis on design appeal. It’s oversize
pad (in place of the traditional button) makes it
easy to use and good to look at. This ergonomically
designed handle can be supplied with a range spindle
lengths and handed left or right.
Steadfast Grenadier is available as an in-line handle
or swept for tight fitting profiles. These options
make Grenadier an ideal solution for most fabricators
as it can be used in a variety of window solutions.
This is also a result of the locking and dummy locking
options that are available combined with the choice
of finishes: white, satin chrome or brass effect.
Known for push button security the Steadfast Cranked
handle comes in two variants, standard or superior.
The superior model has an in-fill to the handle to
improve the feel of the handle when in operation.
As with all the Kenrick locking window handles there
is an over-ride deadlock to increase the security
of your windows.
To finish off the extensive range of window handles
the 0950 handle has an extra large base plate and
a push pad for ease of use. Also available in in-line
or cranked formats for use in differing applications.
The main finishes are silver, gold and white. The
handle can be located in 4 separate positions, each
positively locking into place. These can then be
deadlock via the key supplied.
