Sales & Marketing Director

Location: West Bromwich Company: A Kenrick & Sons

From iron founding to innovative window and door hardware, Kenricks proudly continues its legacy of design excellence. We are now seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Sales & Marketing Director to lead our next phase of growth.

The Role

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share and strengthen brand positioning.

This role requires a proven track record of delivering measurable commercial success in the fenestration industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear, sales & marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Lead, inspire and manage the sales and marketing teams to exceed performance targets
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and product channels
  • Oversee pricing strategies, promotional activity and campaign execution
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform commercial decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and support partners
  • Set budgets, manage forecasts and report performance to the Board
  • Deliver sustainable revenue growth and improved profitability

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role with clear evidence of delivering revenue growth
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical capability
  • Company loyalty

Desirable

  • Extensive experience within the window and door hardware industry
