Kenrick, a market leader in hardware and design, has built its name on supplying top quality window and door hardware. Central to delivering on this mission is the robustness of its approach to quality control.
Andy Meakin, Sales and Marketing Manager at Kenrick, said: “Hardware is essential to the function of every window and door. We’re committed to delivering top quality hardware that delivers years of trouble-free service. This dedication helps fabricators and installers deliver exceptional products that delight end users and minimise callbacks that are so damaging to the bottom line.”
As evidence of its robust approach to quality, Kenrick holds ISO 9001, the globally recognised standard for quality management. The standard recognises that a business has put in place effective processes and trained staff to deliver flawless products or services time after time.
Kenrick also holds BS EN 1303, the European standard on cylinders for locks. And it is a member of Secured by Design, which indicates it produces security products that have proven effectiveness in preventing or reducing crime.
To maintain effective quality control, Kenrick not only employs a first class quality team at its West Bromwich factory but also has a dedicated quality control officer at its manufacturing plant in China. This ensures stringent quality control checks are undertaken on all Kenrick products.
Andy commented: “Quality isn’t just a tick-box exercise for us. We have proven processes and exacting standards in place to make sure we deliver the high-quality we have built our name on.”
Founded in 1791, Kenrick is renowned for its product quality, durability and innovation making it a trusted hardware partner for fabricators and installers.
